MIGUEL NOGUERol, MCC
Executive Coach, Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant
MIGUEL NOGUEROL
Executive Coach, ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC)
With over 30 years of leadership experience — as a senior corporate executive and, more recently, as a coach to organizational leaders worldwide — I help executives, entrepreneurs, and their teams unleash their full leadership potential and perform at their best. I hold the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, the highest level of certification ICF awards and held by a small fraction of coaches globally.
Before coaching, I spent 25+ years as an executive in multinational technology companies, including roles as Corporate Vice President and Regional President for Latin America at Sun Microsystems and Motorola Solutions, and Global Head of Sales and Channels Operations at Zebra Technologies. That path took me from Brazil into regional and global leadership — so the complexity my clients navigate isn't theoretical to me; I've led through it myself.
I hold a master's degree from INSEAD in Consulting and Coaching for Change, with distinction. My initial ICF coach training was through the University of Miami, and I later earned the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential — the highest level ICF awards. My academic foundation also includes a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and postgraduate studies in Industrial Systems Automation (Centro Universitário FEI) and Business Administration (FGV).
My mission is enabling organizational leaders and their teams to unleash their full leadership potential and be at their best. I act as a thought partner to my clients on their business challenges, combining that executive track record with a psychodynamic approach to leadership and solid coaching methodology. I create and hold a reflective, thought-provoking space in which a balance of Awareness, Challenge, Support, and Accountability to Action can take place.
My research on emotion-based leadership — conducted at INSEAD and later published in Leading Like a Successful Top Chef - Emotional Proficiency for Excellence and its Archetypes — examined leadership through the unlikely lens of Michelin-starred chefs, identifying three leadership archetypes that continue to inform my coaching work today.
I've had the privilege of working with executives and senior leaders across major global organizations and industries, and I remain active in leading professional coaching and leadership development associations.
We participate in top professional associations, established strategic business partnerships, and had assisted clients that work for large global organizations from multiple industry segments, as Executives or Senior Organizational leaders.
