Brazilian born and US Citizen, living in the US since 1998; Miguel M. Noguerol has more than 30 years of professional experience, and held several Senior Executive and General Management positions, leading large and global high-tech organizations in Brazil and Latin America Region, like Sun Microsystems Inc. and Motorola Solutions Inc., where he was Corporate President and President of their Latin America regional operations. He is currently Vice President and Head of Global Sales Operations and Strategy at Zebra Technologies, a global leader in Barcode, RFID and enterprise mobility technologies.
During his tenure as a Corporate and Field Sales Senior Executive, he led organizations through various challenging business dynamics, driving profitable growth and organization efficiency. As a senior leader, he mentored and coached several corporate executives, and participated actively in many corporate strategy and organizational changes, including M&A activities, integration of acquired companies, establishment of new business joint-ventures, and talent development initiatives.
Miguel's passion for continuous learning, change, and talent development led him to found SKANDHAS, Center of Leadership and Coaching for Change in 2014. His mission is to assist entrepreneurs, senior executives, and their organizations from different industries around the world to establish their vision, core leadership values, personal and professional goals, and develop strategies to enhance their leadership skills and lead change more effectively.
In his leadership coaching and consulting practice he helps executives in the areas of Leadership development and training, Executive Communications, 360-degree instruments of leadership competencies and style, Business Consulting and Strategic Planning, Individual and Group Coaching, Leadership Transition, and Cross-cultural Leadership. He Leverage key elements of his professional experience and recent academic research working with executives in the areas of Change Leadership and Emotional Proficiency for Excellence.
Miguel M. Noguerol has a BS in Electrical Engineering as well as Post Graduate diplomas in both Digital Systems & Automation from the University Center of FEI and Business Administration by FGV in Brazil. Since living in the US, he has attended senior executive development programs at Stanford University, UC Berkeley, Fundação Dom Cabral-INSEAD, and Duke CE. He is a Certified Professional Coach by the University of Miami, an ICF ACTP program.
In 2016 he completed an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change Program at INSEAD (France) with Distinction and developed an academic research in the area of emotion-based leadership and the impact in organizational excellence.
He is a member ofInternational Coaching Federation (ICF), the International Society for the Psychoanalytical Study of Organizations (ISPSO) and an Affiliate Member of Institute of Coaching (IOC), at McLean Hospital a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
